GENERAL AREAS CLEAN UP

• Clean walls (includes dust, dirt, scuffs, smudges)
• Dust ceilings and ceiling fixtures
• Clean trim, baseboards, window frames, and door frames
• Dust handrails, mantels, and other various woodwork
• Clean sides and tops of doors (very important and easy to miss!)
• Remove any paint, mud, and debris from hinges
• Clean built in interiors (shelves, cabinets, etc)
• Vacuum carpet (taking care around the edges)
• Clean floors (this may or may not include buffing, waxing, sealing, etc.)
• Clean windows (glass, tracks, frames, etc.) and remove any stickers
• Clean light fixtures and bulbs
• Clean electrical switches and outlets
• Clean inside closets, inside cabinets, and on top of shelves
• Remove drawers and clean underneath

Post Construction Cleaning Reminders: 

• Finishing works must already be completed and workers must no longer present during scheduled cleaning with us.
• Excess construction materials and debris (wood/cement) must already been removed or taken out from the cleaning site
• On-going finishing workers/works and presence of a construction materials (wood, cement, varnish, containers etc) is greatly affecting the quality of cleaning and may cause delay in completion of work due to additional time consumed in relocation/moving and hauling of construction materials to facilitate cleaning. Kindly inform us if these materials are needed to be taken out of your unit/home so we can provide additional personnel. 
• Our cleaning staff are not allowed to carry/lift/move any objects with weight of more than 10 kilos to avoid injury. Should you have these requests, please let us know so we can provide additional staff to do the lifting. Lifting and cleaning is not a good combination and we take our staff’s health a priority. Our cleaning staff are equipped with PPE during cleaning as required by the building due to the current pandemic.
