Book a Schedule
Confirm your booking with us, prepare necessary work permit (if applicable) or free up a space for the team to move around and clean.
Wait for the Team
No need to prepare anything for the team, just make sure there's space for the team to move around, available water source and working electric outlet for a smoother cleaning process.
Cleaning Day
Carpet will be vacuumed, shampooed, conditioned. Stain removal solutions will be applied on stubborn carpet stains.
Carpet will then be dried off.
Pick Up Day
For carpets that were dropped off in any of our offices, we will inform you of the pick up day.
We will hold the carpet for maximum of 2 days after informing you of the pick up day. Otherwise, a storage fee will be charged.
